How to Qualify

If you have the interest, motivation, and a high school diploma, you probably qualify. In addition:

• Credit is given for most college programs
• Credit is given for a variety of in-service trainings
• Current and past work experience may qualify for the OASAS work experience requirement

From Rt. 17 East—Take Exit 124. Bear right at light at end of ramp onto Route 207-Goshen. Go straight through one light. As you approach second light in town, stay in right lane but continue going straight through five-way intersection. This road is Route 207/Main Street. ADAC is approximately 1/4 mile on the right. Look for a light blue building (Pius XII Family Services, #224 Main Street). Turn right into the driveway just before the building. ADAC is behind Pius XII.

From Rt. 17 West—Take Exit 124. Make left at light at end of exit ramp. Bear right at light at end of ramp onto Route 207-Goshen. Go straight through one light. As you approach second light in town, stay in right lane but continue going straight through five-way intersection. This road is Route 207/Main Street. ADAC is approximately 1/4 mile on the right. Go through one traffic light. At second traffic light make right turn (Mt. Hope Road-West Main Street). Make next left turn (see sign for Boomer’s and J & J Auto, Air & Sound) onto Dorothea Dix Drive. Make next right turn and see the Family Support Center to the right. The Family Support Center is a Victorian-style house with stone foundation.

From Rt. 17 West—Take Exit 123 onto Route 6/17M. Proceed approximately 5 miles. At the fifth light (Wiedy’s Furniture), make left onto Dolsontown Road Extension. Go through one traffic light. At second traffic light make right turn (Mt. Hope Road-West Main Street). Make next left turn (see sign for Boomer’s and J & J Auto, Air & Sound) onto Dorothea Dix Drive.
